Tour 7: Dominican Route

A day long voyage through the Mixteca region will offer the chance to see the Dominican Route of Oaxaca, named as such due to the religious order of friars that arrived in the region in 1529. Our trip will cover the church and monastery of Santo Domingo Yanhuitlan, the church and open chapel in San Pedro & San Pablo Teposcolula and the church of San Juan Bautista in Coixtlahuaca.
